Because digital products may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once digital delivery or access has occurred, except where required by applicable law or where VACTAUL determines that a refund is appropriate.
Course purchases may be non-refundable after access has been granted. Any specific refund window or exception stated on the product page will apply.
For custom services, cancellation and refund terms depend on the agreed scope, work already completed, deposits and project stage. Approved completed work is not automatically refundable.
If you believe you were charged more than once or charged in error, contact support promptly with your order information so we can investigate.
